Home Scents is currently recruiting for a person with experience in Telesales or Customer Service in B2B sales with a good ability to generate sales.The main objective of the Telesales role is to generate new customers and subsequently build customer loyalty with exceptional customer care, initially in the UK Hotel & Self Catering Green Tourism Industry.The successful candidate will provide support and product knowledge with an awareness of the benefits of using Home Scents 100% Natural Laundry, Cleaning and Toiletries.The succesful candidate will build new B2B customers in other business sectors and communicate with existing trade customers.Key responsibilities and accountabilities are:- to focus on building a business development plan targeting new customers and retaining existing customers; - to generate and retain new customers initially in the Green Tourism sector;- to plan and undertake customer coverage campaigns;- to be accountable for ensuring that the accuracy of the database is maintained by updating with the latest customer information;- be be responsible for ensuring that prospects and existing customers are communicated with in a regular and friendly manner, reflecting the ethos of Home Scents.
