Due to a a busy period, EUREKA PORTRAITS LTD require a part time, Temporary Customer Services Advisor to work at our Manchester City Centre based offices from September 2012 - February 2013 (5 months contract).

Eureka Portraits are a well established, professional photography company specialising in School & Nursery Portrait Photography.

We require a confident and outgoing candidate to deal with day to day administration of the business, with particular emphasis on our customer service department.

The succesfull candidate will be friendly and confident dealing with customers on the telephone, be extremely organised and efficient, in dealing with their work load.

The role involves general administration, so the candidate will be IT literate with a fast and accurate typing speed.

You will be required to produce daily and weekly reports and be dealing direct with our lab to ensure customers orders are being fullfilled.

You will be taking and processing orders, taking bookings.

Your telephone manner will be polite and professional as well as enthusiastic.

The ability to work under pressure is a must, and keeping to deadlines is important.

The role is seasonal and currently we only have a vacancy for the above period.

You will be working directly under the Managing Director of the company and oversee most aspects of the business under his direction.

The role is for 12 hours per week working 4 hours per day Monday-Wednesday, Your salary will be pro-rata and be equal to £322 per calendar month from Sept-Feb
