Primary Responsibilities:• Candidates will work in a Contact Center and UC application team• Candidates should be familiar with basic development languages and must have experience work with at least one scripting language, e.g. Perl, Python, Ruby.• Works to become a subject matter expert in one or more areas of QA, and/or a relevant and appropriate technical domain.• Develops complex and detailed oriented test automation across the Avaya suite from business requirement on all projects.• Candidates will partner with other QA members and other external teams to work on devops, tool automation and software development. • Candidates will have knowledge of all aspects of the test automation process and how it operates as part of the software testing process.• Provides support to and works in line with business partners, analysts, QA associates and project managers.• Creates, develops and evaluates Automation Test Strategies and Automation Test Plans• Provides reports on all automation test regression runs. • Candidates must have the knowledge and skills to design and code internal tools for use by the QA Team for tracking and testing products. • Domain and technical leadership in at least one project area. Demonstrates deep understanding of the domain‘s impact on one or more projects. • Candidates must have excellent written and communication skills and be detailed orientated.
