A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a fast growing investment boutique based in the City of London. City based Investment house specializing in Investment management/Sales seeks trainee Investment Sales Broker to join their successful sales floor.
This company is continually going from strength to strength with the main aim of building strong, personal relationships with a variety of investors.
Suitable candidates must possess the following:
*Solid experience within a broking environment
*A proven sales record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
*The ability to adapt your sales approach depending on the investors requirements
*A consultative, problem solving, can do attitude
*The desire to be successful, have a long standing career with a growing company whilst working with a current and highly sought after investment opportunities
Offered:
•Sales/Product training
•3 Months probationary period (No Basic)
•Healthy Commission package
•Excellent opportunity for progression.
•£25k to £50k OTE in first year
(If you do not have the above attributes do not apply-only the strongest candidates will succeed).
Commissions will see you dramatically increase your OTE and you need to be prepared to push yourself at all times to achieve this.
A monthly basic salary is provided with this position after a 3 month probation period and you will earn commissions per deal as well as bonuses for reaching target.
Whether or not you’ve worked within Investment management/Sales, this company provides excellent training and ongoing development to enable to you to transfer your already existing broking skills into the Investment arena.
