Job Position Summary Sourcing suitable candidates for both temporary vacancies for clients associated with the Business Unit Job Role Duties a) Search and Selection - Contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current and future vacancies, putting the appropriate candidates forward b) Formatting CV’s c) Generation of CV’s for consideration d) Awareness of home page activity e) Logging jobs onto the websites f) Compliance with QA and systems (Initial, Periodic & Termination Reviews) g) Updating candidates details on database via phone/email Key Measurement Progressing towards a minimum of 2 sourced placements per month after 8 months in the role. Achieving a minimum of 2 sourced placements per month by 12 months. Key Working Relationships Key working relationships include colleagues within Business Unit and other Business Units throughout the company Payroll Education/Qualifications Good level of education Colleague/University qualifications desirable Good working knowledge of Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook. Systems used to fill job role In house database system Various Recruitment websites ( e.g. Monster /Reed/Jobsite) Training required to fulfil job role Standard Induction training Quality Systems Margin and Mark Up Company Database Website Training Self Billing This is an excellent opportunity to join a World Leading Technical Recruitment Agency.
