Offer support to a busy sales office whilst learning the technical aspects of the business and fully developing into a Technical Sales role

• Dealing with telephone, fax and email enquiries & responding to customer requirements
• Learn how to select a suitable product for a customer requirement
• Shadowing of team members to learn the technical aspects of the business
• Preparing customer quotations using computer software
• Quotation follow up and reporting
• Inputting sales orders, invoicing and ordering on Sage system
• Assisting with packing & despatching of sales orders from stores
• Supporting team members
• General office administration
