For the last 22 years, NetSupport has been at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to aid in the management of desktop computers and their users. NetSupport products are available in over 90 countries worldwide and currently support over 10 million desktops, servers and mobile devices. This is a full time, predominantly office-based position to manage and further develop an existing team of direct and indirect UK sales professionals, based at our Global Head Office in Market Deeping. With a proven track record of management in a technical / IT sales environment, you will have the drive and tenacity to effectively drive your team on both an individual and collective basis. The sales team is split 50/50 between corporate and education account management. You will understand the value of personality and will look to enhance this to achieve individual and team success. An excellent communicator, you will be competent and entirely comfortable in presenting at all levels through senior board level. Essential qualities will include but not be restricted to:* Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing a team in a technical sales environment* Excellent communication and motivation skills* Fully competent in managing staff performance, tracking results and providing senior management reporting* You will have the ability to identify both individual and team strengths and weaknesses and implement change which results in higher levels of success* Able, with a proven track record of leading and managing sales to key accounts* Develop and implement new sales initiatives, monitor performance and ensure all individual and team KPI's are surpassed This is an exceptional opportunity for an exceptional individual, for which, you will be able to demonstrate proven success in individual technical sales spanning a minimum of 5 years, together with significant sales management experience. This position is predominantly office based, though some travel and attendance at trade shows and exhibitions will be expected. Full training for NetSupport products and the CRM sales system will be provided, although experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a distinct advantage.You must have software sales experience, experience at managing an established team and be willing/able to travel if/when required.Salary negotiable and commensurate with experience.
