Our Company is successful and growing - now is the time to get involved if you possess energy, talent, attitude, character and a passion for achieving excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction) results.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role are as follows:Customer Order Management: To ensure customers orders are progressed swiftly and processed in line with Company and Customer expectations.Customer Relationship: To actively maintain a positive relationship with each customer keeping them fully informed at all times.Sales Team Support & Communication: To provide a positive and active support function to facilitate the sales team in their achievement of targets. Data Management: To accurately manage and input customer orders and vehicle data into the Kerridge system and provide accurate information to customers and Management.Document Management: To accurately manage and co-ordinate the distribution of documents within the Sales Department and with other departments.Customer Satisfaction: To work pro-actively with the sales team to achieve Customer Satisfaction objectives and to ensure that the customer is dealt with professionally in line with Manufacturer and Company standards.
