This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-talented and ambitious ASP/.NET software developer to lead the new software development element of our business.

We are looking to employ an experienced software developer with excellent communication skills, the ability to implement Client Server and web based solutions. High rewards for the right person. Required skills include ASP, .NET4, PHP, Visual Studio, Umbraco, Magento, MS Project (planning), System Design, Project Leading.

You will be the first developer working in this new business entity so for the right person it could be a very exciting opportunity. In a short time I expect you to be leading a team of internal and external developers, so good people skills will be required in addition to the best technical skills

SOFT SKILLS
The ideal candidate would have solid experience of working for a software development company; working directly with clients and understanding their needs, programming web based software solutions and dealing with contract developers where required.

You will be directly accountable for delivering our software products so you will need to be a self starter, confident in your own abilities, have the ability to motivate and manage others and have excellent all-round communication skills.
